CHANGE IN PRODUCT WEIGHT

All our jewelleries and product are custom made / hand made hence weight changes may occur and also weight change may occur due to users size . whenever such instance of weight difference occurs – if less then the listed weight on the website tales of diamond would be responsible to pay back the difference amount but IF MORE THAN THE LISTED WEIGHT ON THE TALESOFDIAMOND WEBSITE THEN THE USER OR CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO PAY THE INCREASED AMOUNT.
TALESOFDIAMOND WILL INFORM THE CUSTOMER OR ITS USER ABOUT THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WEIGHT OVER THE CALL OR BY EMAIL.
IF PLACED ORDER CANCELLED DUE TO WEIGHT DIFFERENCE THEN 100% CHARGES WOULD BE REFUNDED APART FROM THE MAKING CHARGES .. MAKING CHARGES WOULD BE DEDUCTED
